Throughout his career, DaShaun has held various leadership roles including VP of Engineering, Senior Partner Solution Architect and Technical Lead Engineer. His experience spans across a wide range of industries including consumer electronics, engery, fintech, healthcare, advertising, digital asset management, cybersecurity and e-commerce.
DaShaun is passionate about building high-performance, scalable software and is a recognized expert in Redis, Cloud Foundry, and Spring. DaShaun is also a Raspberry Pi enthusiast, Testcontainer Champion, former professional cheerleader, keynote speaker, and Spring Developer Advocate at Broadcom. Deliberately practicing to build, run, and manage, better software, faster.
When he’s not coding, DaShaun is a youth sports coach, and a struggling triathlete.
